Hagia Sophia introduces layers of Byzantine and Ottoman history in Istanbul’s historic peninsula. The Blue Mosque visit highlights Ottoman architecture and the religious character of the old city. Topkapi Palace gives a closer look at the ceremonial and residential world of the Ottoman court.

Flight to Izmir and Explore Ancient Ephesus
The day begins with arrival arrangements and the planned transfer. The main route is built around Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, Temple of Artemis, Izmir.
Ephesus is experienced as a broad archaeological site with monumental streets, public buildings and important Roman-era landmarks. The House of the Virgin Mary adds a quieter pilgrimage stop to the day’s archaeological program.
